Anusha was born in Mangalore, a coastal town in the state of Karnataka. She is a freelance writer passionate about regional cuisines around the world, but one she is most familiar with is hyperlocal cuisine in India. Anusha moved to Auckland 3 years ago and now work as a production coordinator for a leading fitness company.
