Previously Director, Research at the Asia New Zealand Foundation and President of the Population Association of New Zealand, Andrew is also a former CEO and Dean of Bethlehem Tertiary Institute in Tauranga.
His areas of expertise include migration, religion, Track II diplomacy demography, international education, regional security architecture, Southeast Asia.
He is currently working as a Priest Assistant at St Barnabas Church in Fendalton, Christchurch.
