Stacey was born in Taiwan and immigrated to New Zealand with her family when she was eight. Now, as a Level 6 Creative Writing Student at NorthTec, she also takes on the role of a freelance translator and essay tutor for exchange university students in hopes to better connect the Asian and Western cultures.
